One Pot Cheezy Mac


Delicious, creamy, mac and cheese made 100% plant strong! Whole grain pasta and tender broccoli are tossed in a creamy white bean and cashew sauce seasoned with Vegan Worcestershire, onion, garlic, and paprika.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Defrost 24 hours in refrigerator.
  2. Bring 4 quarts water to a boil in a large pot. Add pasta to pot and cook 3 minutes. Add broccoli to pot and cook an additional 5 minutes. Drain pasta/broccoli and set aside.
  3. Pour the bean/tomato mixture into a food processor or blender (food processor is preferred). Process the mixture until smooth. Add a bit of water if necessary. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer the cooked pasta/broccoli to large skillet. Pour sauce over the top and stir to combine. Heat on med/high heat until heated through, about 5 minutes. Sauce will thicken upon standing. Serve with a fresh green salad.
