Our Brunswick Stew is brimming with taste and nutrition! Onions, celery, and potatoes are sauteed lightly and then simmered in broth with corn, tomatoes, lima beans, and white beans. Vegan Worcestershire, mustard, and a dab of brown sugar make this dish a taste sensation!

Cooking Instructions

  1. Defrost 24 hours in refrigerator.
  2. Heat 1 teaspoon oil of choice (or water) in a soup pot over medium/high heat. Add onion/potato mixture and saute until potatoes begin to soften, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add lima bean/corn mixture to pot along with 1 cup water. Bring to a bubble over medium/high heat. Cook uncovered for about 20 minutes or until veggies are tender. Add additional water if a thinner stew is desired.
  4. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Serve with a mixed green salad and crusty bread.
